Got old drawings, or magazines ready for the bin? Turn them into pretty butterflies with the kids — an easy, fun, and eco-friendly craft

Material :

  • Old papers or magazines

  • Butterfly pattern :


  • Nylon thread or wire

  • White paper

  • Glue (here: hot glue gun @cléopatre)


Step-by-step :

1. Print and cut out the template

  1. Trace it onto different recycled papers



  1. Fold into an accordion shape



  1. Attach the center with thread or wire



  1. Open the accordion on each side to form the wings



  1.  Leave them as they are or glue them onto a paper for unique art craft
